[Dx4win] Print Labels => Error

Help.  I've been trying to print my QSL labels (which I have done numerous times before) and I'm getting the following error:  "An exception has occurred!  List index out of bounds (-1)"

I'm using DX4Win V 7.07.02, XP with SP3, printing to Avery 5160 labels.
