[Dx4win] Multiple monitor problem

Hi Pete,

Assuming your .INI file is relatively up-to-date, delete
SAVE\DX4WIN.CFG then start DX4WIN.  There will be no config file, but
the main program menu should be there.  Merge your .INI file back in.
