[Dx4win] DX4win and a DigiKeyer info.???

Microham supplies a configuration program uRouter. In the Port 
Configuration you must set up a virtual COM port for Radio Control. Use 
that COM port in DX4Win. Works perfectly. You should leave the Digi 
Keyer connected at alltimes. There is no need to use a serial port as 
all communications are now via the USB port.
