[Dx4win] DX4WIN Version 8 Preview

Well, for one, I agree with you Jose... every time I start DX4Win I have to:

Clear old spots manually...
Select a cluster... (I don't always use the same one...)
Connect to a cluster...
enter my callsign...
enter a sh/dx

It only takes perhaps 10-15 seconds... but after you have done it 10,000 
times it DOES become a little irritating ;-)

But let's allow Paul to implement and debug the new BIG improvements for 
now... and perhaps we'll bug him about some small improvements when the 
dust settles.
