[Dx4win] Print bureau labels

Hi
my 2€ ... from Dx4Win I print labels to a PDF file that i save (i have
installed a PDF "printer").
Then i use this PDF file for the actual label print.
I can re-print any pages and i also have the PDF file as documentation later
of that i can check if in doubt.
