[Dx4win] Spot colors for WAS spots????

Karl, wouldn't the STATE have to be in the comments field (and would it 
have to be the full name, or the abbreviation [and what about ARRL 
section abbreviations etc.])?  Because DX4WIN can't determine the state 
otherwise.  It sounds like a good idea in theory, but not really practical.
