[Dx4win] MERGE LOGS

Hi Phil,

The first thing is to ensure is that you do not loose the original logs so
initially the aim will be to create a brand new log...lets call it logmerge.
Select File | New and enter the filename logmerge. Click Open a blank log
appears

Select File | Import/Export and File in the window which appears. Select
MergeDX4WIN log. A list of valid logs will be shown, select one (the first)
of the 4 you wish to merge and the entries will be added to your new log.
Select File | Exit in the same window then Select File | Save.

Now the second and subsequent merges are slightly different in that you will
be presented with options for duplicate QSO's. You said you do not want any
dupes so proceed as follows:-

Select File | Import/Export and File in the window which appears. Select
MergeDX4WIN log. The list of valid logs will be shown, select the second of
the 4 you wish to merge. A list of options will appear, move down the list
to 'Imported QSO is ignored' <enter> and click OK. The entries minus dupes
will be added to your new log.
Select File | Exit in the same window then Select File | Save.


Repeat the above steps for each of the remaining 2 logs.

That should be job done. Rename the merged log as you wish by using File
Save As
