[Dx4win] DX4win and a DigiKeyer info.???

Hi Mel

Wow that was easy.

I found control was using com 4 in the virtual setup so i told dx4win to 
use this too and bingo it works

also what i wasnt doing was running urouter all the time like i should have 
been
