[Dx4win] Help with hybrid DX4win/LoTW submisison

This is GREAT!
As I've done nothing since that initial card-based DXCC submission,
I'll start with this process and go forward.
I'll have to dig, but I'm not sure I have the list of that submission.
If I remember correctly, it was field checked. Would the ARRL have
that record?
