[Dx4win] Master Calls listing import

The procedure works exactly the way I wrote it. You must have missed
this line contained in step 4 of "Converting the master calls for
DX4WIN"
"Note that if you are converting a text file, it will not show in the
file browser, but you can still type in the name by hand:"
