If the ADIF field looks like "<OPERATOR:" then you can change it in a
text editor to "<COMMENT:" before you import.

Before importing the file, on the QSO tab of your preferences, set
"Label" field to "None".

Did you see Help in the main program menu? Where it says "DX4WIn
7.07.02 <call> <name>"?
