[Dx4win] Index on printed cards (labels)

I'm using the 7.07.02 release.
I have printed a large batch of cards to send via the bureau, 
and I discovered that now the index is based only by "Call", 
not more by "Call"+"Manager", as in the past.
So, I must to rearrange them by hands...!!!
Do I forgot some thing?
Or is it a new bug?
"Print Via Manager" and "Print Group Names" are selected on.
Thanks for any suggestion
