No, there is no way. Based on your settings for "CW frequency cutoff" under File >Preferences >QSO, any spot that does not include the text RTTY in its comment field will be set as either CW or phone.

  Subject: [Dx4win] RTTY Spots

I am trying out RTTY so I have configured Dx4win to interface to MMTTY and it all seems to work well with one small but annoying exception. It appears that Dx4win relies on the remarks column in cluster spots to signal "RTTY" and if there it sets the mode to RTTY and passes it on to the rig. If it is not there the correct mode does not appear to be set. Is there any way to force the mode to RTTY and have Dx4win just ignore the remarks in the spot?

  Thanks,
  Harry
