[Dx4win] Strange errors in ADIF export

I don't think it is small errors that caused the problem I reported; it was
DX4Win log interpreting , say TK0KP/SAN as Corsica as displayed; and the
ADIF export interpreting it as the ADIF code for Sweden.

I checked it with the ADIF web page; so I understand what is screwed, but
not how it got into that state !

I am not sure of the effects of the ADIF.PMP file; I am wondering if I ended
up with a mismatch of CTY and PMP somehow; but I will zip and send the files
to Jim as soon as I can - have guests at the mo; about to eat !

It appears that ADIF has changed some of it's numerical codes in the
last couple of years. When I attempted to do a reconciliation a while
back (last couple of years) there were some entities that definitely did
not match. I did some research at the time. When I checked, the ARRL
numbers and ADIF numbers were off in a few cases. There were a couple of
codes over 500 that did not match and perhaps Palestine. The
explanation I was given at the time was that, since the ADIF numbers
were assigned first, the ADIF number was the best guess as to what the
ARRL would use since they didn't assign provisional numbers. Perhaps
ARRL/ADIF has come to an understanding in the meantime... or maybe ADIF
just changed the numbers after the fact.

I would love to see an actual example of what you mean ("ARRL DOESN'T
follow the ADIF standard"). I do not believe what you say is true.
