[Dx4win] Strange errors in ADIF export

These are just differences between what DX4WIN thinks the entity should
be (based on the DX4WIN country file) and what Club Log thinks the
entity should be (based on their own database). I have been working
closely with Alan, G3PMR to resolve such differences.
Nothing to worry about. My first-pass reaction:
RM3O is European Russia, UA, CQ Zone 16.
TK0KP/SAN is a special call from Corsica, TK.
1A0KM/IBYO may be a special call, Alan and I will investigate.
FR/DJ6SI is NOT valid for DXCC, improper documentation.
EX2A should be Kyrghistan, EX, CQ Zone 17.
