[Dx4win] Strange happenings?

In the Award manager, LoTW should NOT be enabled as a valid confirmation
type for CQ awards (WAZ, WPX) since they do not accept LoTW
confirmations. See the Confirmation box in the Award Manager under the
WAZ and WPX tabs.
