[Dx4win] Incorrect Freq Readout in D4W

I've recently had a rash of computer-related problems and am about to 
pull out from frustration what little hair I have left.

Can anyone tell me why, after 10 years of using D4W, I suddenly am 
getting the wrong band in the QSO window?  When I select a spot and 
click it, the band is shown correctly for a couple of seconds and then 
changes to another (incorrect) band.  At various times the incorrect 
band has shown up as any one of those I have selected in the 
preferences as ones I work, but 6M seems to be coming up more often 
than the others by a significant margin.

Please, if you have any idea how to get this working correctly again, 
let me know.
