[Dx4win] Odd Behavior with D4W 7.07.02

Hi folks,

Just switched os to Win7 and was checking all the various settings, etc., in D4W.  Everything was fine except under "preferences" "RTTY".  When I got to that screen, all the boxes for settings were empty.  I clicked on the boxes and a pull-down menu appeared, but when I clicked on any of the choices, the box remained empty.  I tried typing the info into the boxes as well, but with the same result.  My RTTY is decoding without any problem, but I cannot get it to transmit and I have a feeling these two things are (obviously) connected to one another, but I have not a clue where to go from here.  

If you have experience with this, please let me know what to do with it, on or off the reflector.
