[Dx4win] RST_SENT field

[ON4AOI]

Because DX4WIN don´t recognize these reports Rudolf
-6 stands for -6dB 
59, 559, O(oscar), 59A etc will be recognized
But not these reports (don´t know if they are even valid for an award yet)
