[Dx4win] 8.03 Problem

Well that's weird, what I had actually sent was:

I've got the exact same problem that Dusty described regarding the CW
keyboard. In my case, I went from 8.02 to 8.03, all settings are exactly
the same, and I get the very same issue. I can get it to stop the same
way that he described and also exiting DX4WIN stops it as well.

I checked with version 8.02 and it still works fine, so there was not
accidental modification to my keying configuration (via a Rigblaster
Plus) and also verified that it works ok with the CW keyer in my contest
logger (N1MM).

In my case, this is running on Windows XP SP3.
