[Dx4win] DX4WIN Version 8.03 is available

Some more comments about the following

Even when you change a comport in preferences when dx4win is running
it will check instantly and stops also the previous selected port.

Its not better Paul, its perfect now, I have tried so many different ways
But can´t get it starting twice. So DEMO MODE should be gone forever
if you have a valid LIC
