[Dx4win] Missing time on Packet spots?

Just upgraded to version 8.02.  The time is not included on my DX Spots.

The 8 columns populated are:

P-----FREQ-------CALLSIGN--------MEM----------QSL----------REMARKS--------SPOTTER--------DATE


On another question I downloaded the complete list of LoTW users.  Where should this file reside in order to populate the spots with that info?
