[Dx4win] Colors for dx spots on 10 MHz

Not strange at all. Your CW cutoff frequency is not set properly.
DX spots normally do not indicate mode so the CW cutoff allows DX4Win to 
make a reasonable guess. Make sure that the CW cutoff is above the top 
of the band so DX4Win will always assume CW. You will find it in 
Preferences... QSO... CW cutoff frequency.
