[Dx4win] LoTW app note for V7.xx

Hello all,

Please help me find the very nice app not dx4win use to have on their web 
page, I think it was on their web page but it may had been some other web 
page...  It gave the steps to submit to create the adif files for Lotw and 
retrieve confirmations from Lotw to dx4win?  Looked all over my PC but cant 
find the app note.
