Read the help file - there is a way to find QSOs that are possible matches.

"A double click on a not found QSO will scan the log for QSOs that could 
potentially be the missing QSO. The screen shot below illustrates that 
the QSO with K5UO could not be matched. The closest match found looks 
like the missing QSO except that the band is not correct."
