[Dx4win] version 8.01 issues

The first issue has been reported many times. It is usually a good idea
to check the archives Egbert.

The problem is the European formatting of frequency.

Due to formatting, DX4Win assumes 0.0 in a filter means don't look for a
frequency match... unfortunately the beta testers must have all been
using the US/UK convention of 0.0 (period)... The European format 0,0
(comma) is looking for a frequency match of Zero... so nothing is
matching. The soon to be released update takes care of this and a number
of other issues including some award issues.
