[Dx4win] Logbook Window Column Widths v8.01

I would endorse this change... though it's not anywhere near the top of 
my wish list. Perhaps the simplest solution would be a configurable 
width parameter as with the notes.... might be easier to implement since 
the code is already done for notes.
