[Dx4win] ADIF question

The ADIF committee has not defined those fields yet.  There was some 
talk about six months ago, but I have not yet seen an official proposal.

I agree, It would be very helpful when downloading LoTW QSOs for which 
you have received DXCC credit, to automatically upload those award flags 
in DX4WIN.
