[Dx4win] Comparing DX4WIN DXCC Credit Status with LoTW

I really don't see what this has to do with DX4Win... however:
LotW costs nothing to use... never did. The awards do, to cover the
costs of administering them... hardly a profit making enterprise. LotW
is a lot less hassle for many than processing thousands of cards... but
not everyone is comfortable with computers. You don't have to use LotW
or chase awards if you don't want to.
Get a grip Doug... it's not THAT bad ;-)
