[Dx4win] Possible bug using LoTW

Brad, please read this application note, especially the part that says 
"IMPORTANT":

I hope you saved your log pre-import, and can try again after you get 
your preferences fixed (if that was indeed the problem).

There may have been some LoTW bug fixes between 7.02 and 7.07.
