[Dx4win] Why LOTW FLAG and DATE setting seperate?

HI George,

I'm not sure why you're trying to do it by hand.

In your QSO preferences, change the Label/Upl Flag setting to LoTW and
eQSL checked. That way, every QSO you log or import will be flagged
to upload (the Upload flag will be set to Y for those QSOs).

Then when you want to upload to LoTW, go to the LoTW menu in the QSO
window and select "Export for LoTW". After exporting, DX4WIN will ask
you if you want to set the upload date for those QSOs. Answer Yes.
This will set the Upload Date, and reset the Upload flags from Y to N.
At this point, DX4WIN is in the correct "state".

It's all automatic, there's no need to track the flags by hand.
