[Dx4win] RES: dxw 8.01 BUG? key board

Thanks everyone.  It looks like the problem affects CW sent on COM
ports only, not LPT ports.

Paul did increase the number of COM ports in the program from 8 to 32.
 There may have been some unintended side effect of this.
