[Dx4win] dxw 8.01 BUG? key board

Hi Oms,

I tried to test this, but I realized that I have a WinKey interface,
and it doesn't have the problem. I do not have COM or LPT ports on my
ham computer.

Can someone else who is using a COM or LPT port interface for the CW
keyer please test this?

Oms, are you using a COM port or a LPT port CW interface?
