[Dx4win] BandMap wildly wrong freq?

Here is a suggestion.

I decided to try a conventional FTDI USB to serial converter I have 
here. It works fine. It's the one Dennis sells on his website at 
http://www.hosenose.com/interfaces.asp#USB-RS232 for his logging program.

You could try one of those... at least you know it has been tested on at 
least 2 logging programs.
