[Dx4win] BandMap wildly wrong freq?

Sorry... missed that. Is there anything else polling the Icom? Some 
hardware does... for example Microham interfaces. I had to disable 
polling from my Palstar tuner and also set "disable router queries" on 
my Microham interface to get everything working properly.
