[Dx4win] Adition to sat & F8 key

Hi all !

 

In adition with my sat qso's , if I find qso's marked with "Y" in the qsl camp also I can not report the qso's introduced after te update , only qso's of the V7 imported to V( , all qso's introduced in the new version I can not see in the report.
