[Dx4win] Script to update date files (AWD, CTY, TCP)

Hi Folks,

I've written a script to update the DX4WIN data files (AWD, CTY, TCP).
 Please see this web page:

There are few steps to get everything setup, including installing a
GNU open-source program, but once done, updating the data files is
simply a single (or double) mouse click.  The script does back up the
previous version of the files it replaces.

I'm the only who has tested this.  If you're willing to give it a go,
I'd welcome your feedback.
