[Dx4win] Multiple ADIF import

If we ignore the groups for a moment... I don't understand how you would 
have duplicates. Are you sure you have not loaded some data twice? I'm 
not sure the group issue is relevant. If you send me the 2 ADIF files I 
can try and see what happens here...
