[Dx4win] SWL labels lost and save log in 707 directory

Read the upgrade instructions I wrote:

where I wrote, "Here are my personal notes on upgrading. I will state 
one very important thing up-front."

When you merge your preferences, one of those preferences is the log 
file to open.  If you copy your log to the new SAVE directory, you must 
navigate to teh new SAVE directory and open that one.  Don't just accept 
whatever log that DX4WIN opens the first time after merging preferences.
