[Dx4win] Bandmap and group number

When using the band map and clicking on a station it is transferred to the
call sign field, at the same time the group number is changed to the
selected group number in Preferences|QSO window. I suggest that the actual
group number selected in the main window should be kept. 

These are just minor comments to a fantastic version.
