[Dx4win] WPX window and WAS window

I wondered the same thing... but I looked at a bunch of spots and quite
a few on Six particularly had the state abbreviation. I assumed it would
use that info... though I would imagine a lot of "false positives" for
OK, IN and perhaps TX ;-)
