John,

Place the downloaded master file list into your DX4WIN folder.  Load DX4win
and click on "Window" then "Master Calls".  Right click on the "Master
Lookup" window and select "Convert".  The "Open" window will display your
DX4win folder.  Select the file "MASTER.DTA" by double clicking on it and
DX4win will open the file, convert it for use with DX4win and display
another window, "Information", which will indicate "Conversion finished
44927 Calls".  The first time you enter a "Callsign" you will see the
"MasterLookup" window display a list of similar callsigns.  Hope this helps

Hey, I am trying to ad this file, and I am not getting it to stick. I must 
be doing something dumb with it. I believe I am following the directions in
