[Dx4win] PSK31 Won't Key K3

I'm trying to setup PSK31 using DX4WIN Version 7.07.02.

When I hit the TX button I hear the tones but the K3 does not go into transmit.

DX4WIN works perfectly in both MMTTY and CW. It keys and sends in both of those modes.

What do I need to do to get DX4WIN PSK31 to key the K3?
