[Dx4win] V8 - Group Names

OK....you guys gave me an idea!  I set my User Level back to "Regular", 
saved my preferences and exited.

Started it back up set my User Level to "Expert", saved my preferences 
and exited again.

When I started the third time Filter > Selection and Filter > Edit Group 
Names are no longer grayed out.

It was just a puzzle to solve.....thanks for the help!
