[Dx4win] Tips for converting name/QTH fields

Here's the method I'm using to see how name/QTH converted to the new
DX4WIN fields.

Do the conversion from the QSO | Multiple QSO Operations menu

Next, search your log (F8) by putting "*" in the Name field. Now
create a logbook window, remove all the fields except:

  CALL
  NAME
  QTH

Right-click on the window to save it to a file.

Open the saved file in Excel or another spreadsheet program.

(how to remove duplicate entries, leaving only a list of unique
entries, is an exercise left to the user).

You can now sort by the Name column. Visually scan the list, looking
for things DX4WIN didn't covert properly. For example, I have a lot
of "Bob"s, so it's easy to skip them to find the next problem. If
you're using a custom character or word as a name/QTH separator
(besides "in"), let Paul know so he can improve the conversion.

My biggest problem is QTH left in the Name field. Plus I have some
comments that will need to be moved back to the "Notes for this QSO
field". I have 85,000 QSOs in my log, and about 8,500 unique
callsigns with a name and/or QTH.
