[Dx4win] Problems with keys

Small disaster; something is wrong with the keys!

I may have to regenerate the executable and the license files I mailed
out; not sure yet which.

No idea what happened, but want to trace my steps carefully, so I know
100% for sure I'm not repeating the mistake.

I will keep you posted
