[Dx4win] frequency transfer problem

Frequency sounds like language (region) specific issue, or left-over
from a previous import. DX4WIN expects the frequency in KHz and you
have it specified in MHz.
As documented in the help file and in my upgrade notes, Name and QTH
are converted when they are in the format:
Name in QTH
The word "in" is a key to this.
I can modify my qsxfix program to convert MHz to KHz. Please export
your log to DX4WIN6 format, ZIP it, and E-mail it to me (not the
reflector) so I can test.
