[Dx4win] Change to Report windows in Version 8

I can't find the E-mail thread, so I'll broadcast to the reflector.

Report windows (those generated from the Reports menu) still use "*"
meaning "Checked".  However, if an award counter has never been
worked, the box will now be completely blank - that little dot is
gone.
