Hi Jim,

Just installed the file. Noted the bit about using VE7CC as the filtered 
packet source but blowed if I can get it linked to DX4WIN.

Could you explain please?

DX4WIN.TCP is the list of Telnet DX Cluster nodes. If you don't use
the latest file, you may find that some nodes are unreachable.

I updated DX4WIN.TCP on 1 August 2009. The latest file can be found at:

Please read the installation notes on that web page if you require the
"keep-alive" version of the file.
