Garry, I don't know how to un-do what you did, except to go back to an
older version of your log before the problem happened.  It sounds like
you imported a LoTW log, over-writing existing QSOs, rather than using
it to set the Upl Conf flag.

It's easy to clear the LoTW flags (and re-import the entire
lotwreport.adi file from ARRL), but it's not easy to do it for QSL
cards, as you can imagine, without gong through all your old
shoeboxes.

I don't really know what to suggest.
